Botched Road Repair

You have applied aphalt and stones to the road surface which has not been 'whacked down' and stones are being thrown up by passing cars. You have only attempted patches leaving large area of the cracks untouched. If there is any damage to my vehicle, parked on my drive six feet from the 'repair', from the stones thrown up I shall be contacting my solicitor.

  • Your contractor has NOT resolved the issue. Short asphalt patches have been applied to some of the lenght of the gaps only, leaving them open as before. When vehicles p[ass over the gaps, mine and my next door neighbours bathroon doors, vibrate causing disturbance to sleep.
