Broken road surface

The roundabout road surface has broken down considerably. This means private vehicles have to cross this roundabout at a snails pace for fear of causing personal vehicle damage. HGV vehicles that do cross this road surface at speed (as is often the case) make a huge clattering noise that resonates across to the nearest housing estate, causing a noise nuisance.
