Eyesore abandoned rental property
Reported anonymously at 00:39, Fri 9 December 2016
Sent to Burnley Borough Council and Lancashire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 939416.
This rental property at 20 Wordsworth st, Gannow has been vacant for 4 weeks. It is a complete eyesore and brings the whole street down. There are bricks on the windowsill, a curtain and rubbish on the wall and path, graffiti above the door, pink paint on the door window, damage to the front door and paint on the window. After a party 4 weeks ago, that went on 'til 2am, the occupant left and has not returned. This is supposed to be a licensed area!

Although the property has not been renovated yet, Julie Cooper MP assures me that the landlord has every intention of doing so. A small skip has been placed outside so watch this space.
