Torbay council no good at street cleaning police do a dreadful job.put list/contact details of private/landlords to Torquay jobcentre and the library. The situation is very mysterious and doesn’t need to be so. The homeless don’t know if a flat is empty and landlords ready to move someone in.This can help clean castle circus area up. The situation needs basic logic applied to it. The streets need early morning scrubbing/contraption on wheels having a go at it
