Thames Water covers are very noisy

Every time a car drives over these you hear 4 loud metal thumping noises - one for each tyre driving over the metal covers. They need to be securely fitted to prevent jumping and making a very loud metal on metal noise. The metal plate covers are right on the junction and cars turns right hit them as do cars driving east into Shrivenham high street. This problem has been here for years and affects approximately 100 homes in the immediate area.
