Car blocking pavement and speed bump
Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9388442.
This car is continually blocking the pavement and sticking out on to a speed bump. He's actually squeezing in between two barriers that are there to enable people to cross. They also have placed several glass bottles there on the tiny gap in the pavement to stop anyone passing so they're obstructing both pedestrians and cars as two cars are unable to pass due to the parking of this car.
