I am street cleaning once or twice a week and it does not help those that do want to put rubbish in a bin that they are constantly not being emptied daily . Please can this be enforced especially as they support keeping the local takeaway rubbish this is often left on the road and footpaths. High Street and road used for paid parking should be cleaned each day. Ayscombe Angle, Chruch Hill Old Priory Avenue are appalling dirty rubbish drug rubbish human poo etc. The Priroy Park is a huge problem and Roger from idverdi spends hours at the begining of week day her per week just cleaning up rubbish. Can we get some nice polite signs up take your rubbish home or put it by the bins provided especially as people are having parties in the park more and more. I am happy to do some litter picking to support the cleaning services each week however this appears at times to be a company or service we are paying for not doing their job and it is not being regulated. The same text here apply's to another post i am going to add regarding Lynch Gate Road and the area at the back of the Walnuts leisure centre the ally that connects Bark Hart and Lynch Gate Road. All the bins there are always full. The litter and dumping is out of control and no measures are in lace to encourage or support improvement. Sorry to rant i know rubbish is a real problem the question is what steps are in place to put notices up to ask people to not litter? Fines ? CCTV . Talks in schools educating our children. Please can you let me know how this could be managed better. Thank you

The bin in this report has been removed in Aynscombe Angle. Can you let us know if an alternative bin is going to be Installed? the letter in this Aynscombe Angle from people parking to get takeaways in this location is high.

Thank you for raising this through FMS. The respective manager has been made aware along with Orpington static workers. Feedback from the barrow operative(s), is that the bin is often abused with household waste and therefore, appears full a lot of the time but is in fact emptied frequently. The manager has been asked to monitor this.

Is the bin going to be replaced ? If it is not where is all the rubbish going to put that is from all the local takeaways and people who park here who just empty their cars out of rubbish ? Can a sign be placed saying no household rubbish. ? Is a bin going to be put back ?

Thanks for your additional comments and for your patience. We will be providing a replacement freestanding litter bin, which will be positioned closer to the junction with the High Street. The new bin will be installed in due course.
Many thanks.
