Poor effort sorting this area out

After no response for 2months when I reported this issue, I called upon the local ward councillor to get it sorted and within 2 days it was hacked to pieces, as you can see from the pictures, they didn’t clear the pathway and threw all what they cut on top of bushes, this has to be the worst level of workmanship I’ve ever seen, I really can’t understand how this extremely poor level of service can be offered by NCC from a department within your own council, if the council can’t take pride of Newport who else will??? It’s now wonder the people of Newport and Wales have lost all patience with Labour, it really is time for a change after 2 decades of running Newport to the absolute pits, I want my council tax contributions to be used by an effective Council and not one that ignores a public request for 2+ months to do an appalling job as seen in the pictures I’ve attached, my 13 year could have done a better job, get it fixed please!!!!!!!
