Loose manhole cover
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9379777.
The concrete holding the manhole cover has broken away and the manhole cover is loose, regularly moved off the manhole where it's a danger to the cyclists, walkers and delivery vans that regularly use the route. It's been fixed twice before but only takes a couple of months to come loose again. This has been like this for a month
