I am writing on behalf of Elim Housing association regarding a vehicle that has been parked in our private residential car park for a considerable period.
The vehicle is occupying parking bays allocated for our residents and staff, causing ongoing disruption and preventing authorised users from accessing the spaces. Despite our efforts, the vehicle has not been moved, and we believe it have been abandoned.
Our accommodation houses vulnerable residents, and the lack of available parking is creating significant health and safety concerns. In particular, it could delay or restrict access for emergency services, such as ambulances, when attending the property. It is therefore important that the parking area remains clear and accessible at all times.
We would be grateful if you could investigate this matter as a priority and advise whether any action can be taken. If required, we can provide the vehicle registration number, photographs, and the exact location of the vehicle.
