Extremely poor quality roadwork finish and pothole repair

The road around the chicane on Witney Rd at this postcode was partially blocked Monday and Tuesday for what appeared to be a new utility hole and a repair to an existing pothole. The traffic controls have been removed and the contractor appears to have left but there is a considerable amount of debris including asphalt, sand and hardcore left strewn across the carriageway, presenting a hazard to vehicles. Further, the pothole repair looks either incomplete or very poor, being neither smooth or consistent or properly sealed.
