Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9375122.
This van/lorry and car in front were both parked on the pavement in Hele road with double yellow lines. The car did not obstruct the pavement but the lorry was parkeed so close to the wall that I could not get through. I am quite small but had to walk out in a busy road to get past it. Any person with a pushchair would have had to do the same. Vehicles passing on the road were also having to drive around it .
