Drain sunk & pot hole appearing round it

Just before Passfield Ave approaching the traffic lights, where the road goes in to 3 Lanes to turn left, there’s a drain it’s been repaired before & there’s always been a dip when pull into that lanes but now the tarmac as come away from the edge of the drain & pot hole is now forming which is making it even more or a dip & you find yourself going past it before then quickly going back into that lanes, plus a danger for motorcycles & bicycles as if they try to miss it probably get hit by a car in the middle lane
