Dog fouling AGAIN right on the corner by front pathway

Sent to Fareham Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9373914.

Happens at least once a week right in front of the entrance to our path on the pavement. Will be fitting a doorbell camera to find out who it is but something needs to be done.
