A tyre and 2 black sacks of waste have been fly-tipped next to the litter bin. The sacks felt like they contain broken tiles. The location is on the left hand side, on the bend in the road, when heading towards the Bledlow Ridge Recycling Centre/ Bledlow Ridge.
