Hedge has formed in road growing from debris. Road very narrowed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9368834.

The road has been narrowed opposite entrance to Pennypiece so that cars can no longer pass. Plants have grown up out of debris on road and taken over the tarmac. This has been reported by people before and issue closed today without any actions. Getting dangerous as too narrow for cars to pass each other and they are mounting pavement
