I tried to report this tree through the winter when dead wood was falling from it daily onto the path where children walk to school.

Highways came out and trimmed it back from the path but did not remove the deadwood. The tree surgeon explained the case said it was not a highways tree and that the tree needed pollarding badly.

I have spoken to the parish council who have confirmed it is a highways tree however speaking to highways they do not care.

The dead wood continuously falls onto the path, road and into my garden. It needs to be pollarded.
