Large dent/broken in pavement

Looks like a heavy lorry has driven on the pavement (there was a scaffolding lorry there yesterday) , it has left a huge dent/very uneven surface. My 11 year old fell on her way home from school, I assume you would want to come and fix this urgently before it become a personal I jury claim! It is directly on the pavement outside of number 17 Cornish walk. Please do not confuse it for the other Huge uneven/broken surface 30yds away in Thompson road which had been left for MONTHS!!!
