Pathway between school and houses needs clearing

Not an emergency but thought I'd flag so it can be checked out- the pathway between the school and houses along here needs clearing. There is a build up of dirt, leaves, dog mess, and litter that would benefit from being cleaned up. Especially as its a popular route for cyclists that dont dismount, making walkers get in the dirt if they dont want to collide. Thank you.
