Broken manhole in Horseferry Rd. Massively noisey every time a car passes over. Needs replacing or re-seating, I'd say.

The broken manhole cover creates a hazard for cars and cyclists. Also, It makes a huge bang every time a vehicle passes over it. It creates a noise nuisance and a safety hazard.

  • We expect nothing less than broken roads from a broken council. It would be lovely if they fixed it - for the safety of road users and the peace of residents.
