The fence has broken and non existence in some areas

This has been reported several times. The fence stops pedestrian falling off payment into ditch. The pavement is next to a junior school so has a lot of small children footfall use. It also faces car parking area so very tight. The Parish Council installed car stops to add additional protection to the fence but it is unstable and now very dangerous given it is unlit village near a public house & school. Someone probably a small child is going to have a serious accident. Please please let us know why these reports are being ignored?
