Leylandii planted in hedge

On the linear park, At the rear of 43 Ringwood Road a leylandii tree has been planted by someone in a gap in the hedge. Obviously this is going to grow massively, is close to the lane and is going to tower over the houses so I thought you might want to deal with it before it’s a big issue
