Pothole improper repair

There are 4 potholes visible. Reports from Feb26, the fading white marks and the earlier pictures suggest they were larger and therefore were "repaired". In which case the repair has failed. Can BCC confirm whether taxpayer or gov.uk money funds contractors making inadequate repairs? And what is the policy and procedure to avoid these issues.
