There is multiple graffiti on the blue hoarding along Victory Park Road in Addlestone, adjacent to residential properties. Some of the graffiti is offensive in nature (including explicit drawings), which is inappropriate given its visibility in a residential area and near public footpaths. Please can this be removed or the responsible party contacted to arrange removal.
