Please explain why it is acceptable for businesses with vast car parks to cone off most of one street. This is having a significant impact upon residents of Hampden Gardens, Warren Mead, including private areas. SODC grant planning permission to Invictus Fitness Centre, 3 Wenman Rd, with their quota of public car parking available in Lupton Rd and Dormer Rd Oxon County Council Highways impose parking restrictions down Lupton Rd and now businesses in Dormer Road, cone off most of their street. It is obvious to anyone that taking away street parking is going to cause issues, which council tax paying residents are now having to provide parking for Thame Industrial Estate
