Side of bridge falling off

The railings on the side of this bridge over the River Ock have been hit probably by traffic diverted from A420. There is a large crack alongside the railings which is in danger of falling off onto the gas pipe which runs alongside the bridge. This was reported over a year to go and the crack is much wider
