Unused lay-by - could it be converted to a bus stop

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9350054.

There is another lay-by not too far on the Aylesbury Road. I am not sure why there is another one just as you are entering the roundabout. This would be a useful bus stop for those that need to go to work at the services as they currently have to get off at Queen Street.
