Overgrown weeds at junction

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9350011.

The weeds are getting to a dangerous height again and need to be cut before vision is completely obscured.

This happens multiple times every year, can this are not be replaced with low growing evergreens like creeping thyme or something that will suppress the weeds and also look nice??

    Weeds at a dangerous height now and obscure view of traffic. It is increasingly challenging to turn right as drivers cannot see the oncoming traffic.
