Slippery Surface Road Sign abandoned

Reported via desktop in the Traffic Signs category anonymously at 16:44, Thursday 19 March 2026

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The sign was used as a warning after a fatal road accident October 2025. It was erected with no ballast weight so eventually blew over and has been on the verge ever since. I have now lent it against the wall for easy identification on the west side of the B4477. Note You have closed this report but the sign is still on the roadside, respectfully suggest those who say it is complete look again!
