Missing grass cutting

I have noticed a few times last year already, the grass outside our home is not being cut. The grass from 90 up to 60 is being cut by BCC staff … But not further up. I and my neighbours had to cut the grass at the front of our homes. ( 52 & 54) a few times last year.
