Pot hole starting again

Reported via mobile in the Pothole small category anonymously at 18:16, Thursday 23 April 2026

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9344451.

This heavily patched area of the road had once again started to develop another pothole. Poor repair, after poor repair and so on. The repairs are carried out, but never, it seems 'adequately' allowing water to enter along edges, causing a further pot hole to form. This area of the road is on a downward slop hence water flows in torrents, adding to the constant need for repair. If luquid tar/bitumen was used to seal edges, half the problems would not develop.
