Unable to park my car.

Sent to Newport Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9340432.

After a night shift in work I am unable to parky car between 08:30 and 09:30, my street which is a resident permit only street is full of cars that are using it as an overflow car park for a school two streets over.
