Employees of “Quality Care Devon” yet again exhibiting their arrogance and entitlement-parking in the turning circle which has a “no parking” sign and blocking a driveway so the resident is unable to exit. This continues to happen regularly along with pavement parking, slamming of car doors, house doors, revving engines/slipping clutches and loud “talking” early mornings and late at night. This used to be a peaceful street to reside in!! The registered manager of this company needs to address these issues!!
