Obstruction to pavements

Cars blocking pavement outside 154 Benson Close in Luton. These are causing myself and others to walk into the road to navigate around the cars blocking the path. This has been happening for over a month. With only enough room for the dog to get through, and as a disabled person who is also slow and unsteady on my feet, this type of parking is irresponsible forcing myself and most other people into the road.
