Building materials left on pavement (dangerous)

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9332873.

The property at 73 Brynland Avenue (licensed HMO) has left building materials encroaching onto the pavement - please can you ask the owner to remove asap as dangerous to pedestrians.

Please also alert the BCC team responsible for HMOs to investigate whether this property is in breach of Mandatory HMO Licensing Scheme - Licence Conditions - Section 11.3 - Property Appearance which states:

'Take all reasonable steps to keep the external appearance of the property in a reasonable condition considering its age of the property, character and locality and keep the exterior of the property free from graffiti and fly posters.'

  • Metal fence is once again encroaching onto the pavement. Please contact land owner to remove from public land - safety issue for young people.
