Traffic lights need a change of sequence causing congestion

Lights on Broad Street/sanatorium road/ Grosevnor street are not sequenced where traffic can get through fairly. Sanatorium road lights turning left on to Grosvenor street has more time to come out, by the time Broad Street lights turn green, the lights on grosevnor street are still red but the street is full feom the cars coming out of Sanatorium road leaving Broad street congested. When Broad street lights have turn green same time as Sanatorium road and then have a designated green but the time all of Sanaorium cars take there turn, the lights on Grosvenor street are still red which only allows 0,1 or 2 maximum cars out of Broad Street to turn right, causing major back up congestion up Broad street
