Outside 154 Benson Close Luton. Cars continue to block the path due to irresponsible parking over the pavement. Forcing people into the road to pass the cars. This has been ongoing for at least 4 weeks now. Pensioners, disabled, dog walkers with their pets all have had to walk into the road or risk damaging the vehicles. As it is a pavement not a car park it really needs to be addressed.

    Cars are still on a almost daily basis continually parking and blocking the footpath, making almost anyone with prams, wheelchairs, large bags or children to manouvre around the cars into the road. The road where cars are meant to be and not pedestrians.. not the other way around.
