Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9330297.

This has been reported previously but nothing has been done and now even more rubbish has been fly tipped. Also the green garden waste bag has been abandoned in the lane and has been there for at least six months.

Updates

Some of the rubbish has now been removed but quite a bit has been left. Mainly but not exclusively builders rubble.
