Trees height and overhanging

Over time, these trees have grown significantly, and their branches now extend over our property, giving rise to several concerns. The overhanging branches not only restrict sunlight, but also increase the risk of falling debris, which could potentially result in property damage or pose safety hazards.

I would be most grateful if the council could investigate this matter and consider appropriate measures to address the overhanging branches. Should there be any forms, procedures, or additional information required from us to facilitate the process, please advise accordingly.
