Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9330097.

Regular problem. Box of canisters left on the pavement at the junction of Marston Gardens and Kingsdown Avenue. People park up, get high and speed off. Have reported to Police on many occasions. Meanwhile, needs removal. Thanks
