Missing Fence

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the length of time taken to replace the fence at the end of our private cul de sac driveway, which separates and restricts access from the neighbouring Trivallis maintained estate. The original fence was removed by your team several months ago due to its deteriorated condition, but it has not yet been reinstated, as shown in the attached photographs. The area has since become unsightly, and pedestrians are now using our private driveway as a shortcut to the Trivallis estate. Of particular concern is the number of children who have begun using this route and playing on the large, felled tree that previously rested against the old fence. The log is supported only by old stumps, and the drop from the tree is approximately five feet. It is only a matter of time before someone—especially a child—is injured as a result of this unofficial and unsafe walkway. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed as a priority. Specifically, I ask that the felled tree be removed, the overgrown brush cut back, and the fence reinstated in its proper position at the earliest opportunity.
