The pedestrian underpass connecting Gloucester Railway Station to Great Western Road (near the hospital)
Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9326328.
Please can someone explain what this signage means? Is it enforceable? I use the underpass weekly and to all users it appears to be a 'pavement' unless of course you are a cyclist who pay no regard to the signage and ride thier bikes at speed through the underpass, i have seen near misses with elderly people why is this happening?

Should the issue pose an immediate danger to public safety such as:-
•Objects on the highway network (i.e. a fallen tree)
•Faulty temporary or permanent traffic lights (i.e. stuck on red)
•Exposed cables
•Multiple street lighting faults

Dear Team, thank you for confirming the signage is enforceable, however it is not the same signage at either end off the underpass there are only the two signs at the Great Western Road end and neither is visible to cyclists, entering from the street on the left hand side.... so some cyclists genuinely may be unaware... surely this needs to be addressed
