Tennant has blocked the pavement by his skip blocking the public footpath with wooden pallets from his garden, pedestrians having to walk into a busy road on on coming traffic,it is a health and safety matter ,a accident waiting to happen

  • Footpath is STILL blocked by this skip and rubbish. This is an ongoing and deliberate issue by this tenant. It has been going on YEARS! Vulnerable and all members of the public are having to walk into a very busy road in order to continue their walk.
