Street light permanently on

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9326081.

I reported this issue last year and nothing has been done.

This light (alone among all the others on Dumbarton Road) is permanently ON ie during daylight, and presumably 24/7.

If there's a legitimate reason for this, please explain why. Otherwise, can we save on electricity costs and reduce light pollution please? Thanks.
