Lack of wirkmen

Hi,

I reported on this a little while ago because half the cattle grid had been cordoned off. Then the traffic lights appeared and then disappeared. Priority signage was put in place and then the cattle grid was opened up. Then it was closed again and then opened up. I think drivers move the barriers back because no work has been carried out for weeks and no workmen have been there for ages. Forgive me for saying but I think commuters are fed up that nothing seems to be happening and the cattle grid seems to have been forgotten about.
