Traffic light showing green light to traffic not controlled by it.

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9320855.

The green light louvres wrongly set so shows green to vehicles still at a red light on Century Way leading to some setting off and not realising that their lights are still at red.
