Right filter does not recognise bicycles.

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9318858.

These new traffic lights do not recognise bicycles waiting at the right filter. We had to proceed with care on red which is less safe than when there were no traffic lights there at all.
