I got fobbed off recently about this - NRS blaming 'mature trees'. O-K.
Reality, poor road surface which lets water pool that should be draining off. And even on dry sunny days, there's water present so there must be an underlying issue too (pipes?) that needs addressed, unless of course NRS managers are happy to drench lcal primary schoolchildren every time it rains.
