Following Dumbarton Rd and Vic Pk Dve Sth, another NRS 'gully clean' fail on the Whiteinch stretch of South St.

The worst areas (choked drains, litter, flooding) remain. No vehicles were 'removed' as stated - again.

See also the stretch opposite Methil St. perma-parked up with AMK hire vehicles.
