Dangerous pavement trip hazards

The "temporary" back-filling of the pavement has still not been made safe despite previous accidents and reports (simply deleted) over many months. For example a length of exposed steel bar projecting ABOVE the pavement-grade

The pavement on the left going into Witney from Newland Mill direction is badly worn and numerous trip hazards are there from uneven paving. Many elderly people use this route including me, my husband and neighbours. Perhaps it could be resurfaced when the manhole problem on the road adjacent is fixed
